Hazel Gentry, age 88, of Russell Spring, died Sunday, September 30th, 2012 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. She is survived by:

- Wilda Kelly of Venice, FL
- Carla Perry of Paducah
Two Sons
- Roger Gentry of Bowling Green
- Dr. Lindell Gentry of Madison, WI

- Correane Craft

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Friday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
