Billy Loy, age 68, of Russell Springs, died Wednesday August 22nd, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He is survived by:

- Donna Bryant of Columbia
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Russell County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Friday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to the “Run With All Your Hart Fund” in honor of Sarah Hart. These can be made at the funeral home or the First National Bank of Russell Springs.
