Brenda Bell Loy, age 66, of Russell Springs, died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Russell County Hospital. She is survived by:

- Marketta Grider of Jamestown
- Diana Underwood of Louisville
Two Brothers
- Glenn Bell and Jimmy Bell, both of Indiana
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Russell County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Saturday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of memorial contributions to Hospice of Lake Cumberland. These can be made at the funeral home.
