Russell Springs Woman Charged With Illegal Possession, Trafficking of Prescription Meds

A Russell County woman was arrested Wednesday evening on charges of drug possession and trafficking. Stephanie Morales, 27, of Russell Springs, was taken into custody just before 6 o’clock by Deputy Sheriff Clete McAninch and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree.
The charges allege Morales had been selling prescription medications. Morales was arrested at 584 McQueary Ridge Road. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
