Lady Lakers Get Victory on Road; Boys Go To Somerset Tuesday

In girls high school basketball action Monday night, the Lady Lakers went to McCreary Central and picked up their second victory of the season, defeating McCreary Central, 62 to 52. The Lady Lakers were led in scoring by junior Reagan Helm who had 15 points, while Lee Ann Grider had 14 and Madison Loy 12. Coach Craig Pippen’s team, now 2-1 on the season, will be on the road Friday night when they travel to Bowling Green to take on Warren East.
