The Russell County Lakers opened their 2011-2012 season with an overtime victory at Lincoln County Tuesday night 72 to 65. Tyler Robertson led the Lakers with 28 points while Nick Coffey added 16 and Blake Aaron had 10. The Lakers will be at home Thursday night to take on Franklin-Simpson.
