Shelbie Danielle Pettey, the 17 year old daughter of James and Michelle Pettey of Jamestown, was crowd Miss Green County Fair Monday night, June 13th. Shelbie is a senior at Russell County High School. She will be completing in the Miss Kentucky County Fair in January.
