Martha Bernard, age 84, of the Bernard Ridge community, died Saturday morning, March 26, 2011 at the Russell County Hospital. She is survived by:
Four Children
- Rosalie Loy of Jamestown
- Connie Foster of Russell Springs
- Ronnie “Butch” Bernard of Russell Springs
- Donna Hopkins of Mt. Vernon
One Foster-Son
- Johnny Beatty of Nancy
One Sister and One Brother
- Clara Cunningham of Middletown, OH and Arvester Stephens of Russell Springs
Other Survivors
- 8 grandchildren
- 9 great-grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Bernard Church of God with burial in the Lucenda Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Monday at the Bernard Funeral Home and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Bernard Church of God. The Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs is in charge of arrangements.
