Bennie Powell, age 90, of Jamestown, died Monday, September 6, 2010 at the Russell County Hospital. He is survived by:
Two Daughters
- Sherry Brumley of Russell Springs
- Laverne Hadley of Columbia
Two Sons
- Calvin Powell of Russell Springs
- Donnie Powell of Jamestown
Two Sisters
- Josephine Vaughn of Columbia
- Ollie Taylor of Missouri
Other Survivors
- 4 grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home with burial in the Helm-Loy Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
