Seven persons were indicted by the Russell County Grand Jury during its regular monthly session on Tuesday. WJRS NEWS and lakercountry.com remind you that an “indictment” by a Grand Jury “does not imply guilt”. An “indictment” means “probable cause” was established for the charges and further court action is warranted in these matters.
