Nioma Gaskins Kean, age 84, of Shawnee Avenue, Russell Springs, died Sunday, March 7, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. She is survived by:
Three Children
- Carolyn Holt of Russell Springs
- Wayne Gaskins of Russell Springs
- Warren Gaskins of Moorsville, IN
Two Brothers
- David Holt of Jamestown
- Arvis Ray Holt of Russell Springs
Other Survivors
- 6 grandchildren
- 12 great-grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with burial in the Russell County Memorial Gardens. Friends may call for visitation after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown.
