Elva Hare, age 91, of Creelsboro Road, Russell Springs, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at the Veterans Medical Center in Lexington. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by:
Four Children
- Jimmy Hare, Willie Frank Hare, and Connie Kimbler, all of Russell Springs
- Richard Hare of Radcliff
Other Survivors
- 6 grandchildren
- 5 great-grandchildren
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Russell Springs City Cemetery with full military honors. Friends may call for visitation after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
