Dorothy Bernard, 88, of Russell Springs

Dorothy Bernard, age 88, of Creelsboro Road, Russell Springs, died Friday evening, January 22, 2010 at the Russell County Hospital.  She is survived by:

Three Children

• Sheryl Burgess and Tresa Helton, both of Russell Springs
• Neal Bernard of Albany

Three Sisters

• Lucille Cemer, Ann Wheat and Shelia Walters, all of Russell Springs

Four Brothers

• Getha West, Amon West, and William West, all of Russell Springs
• Phillip West of Franklin, IN

Other Survivors

• 5 grandchildren
• 1 great-grandchild

Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Hale Cemetery.  Friends may call for visitation after 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Bernard Funeral Home in Russell Springs.
