John Appleby, age 35, of Garr Ridge Road, Jamestown, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at the Russell County Hospital. He is survived by two children: Jacob Appleby of Jamestown and Tiffany Appleby of Columbia. His parents survive: Kenneth and Barbara Appleby of Jamestown. One sister also survives: Rebecca Hodge of Jamestown. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with burial in the Jamestown Cemetery. Friends may call for visitation after 10:00 a.m. Friday at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown.
